Dr. Yazıcı completed his undergraduate studies in 2016 at Bayburt University, Department of Business Administration, graduating as the top student of the university. Subsequently, in 2016, he began his master’s program in the Department of Business Administration at Kırıkkale University and completed it in 2019 with his thesis titled “The Effects of Bank Size on Banks’ Risk-Taking Behavior.” In 2019, he was awarded a scholarship under the YÖK 100/2000 doctoral program and started his Ph.D. in the Department of Industrial Engineering at the Graduate School of Science, Kırıkkale University, focusing on Domestic Priority Areas. During his doctoral studies, Dr. Yazıcı had the opportunity to work in multiple fields and published academic articles in internationally recognized SSCI and SCI-E indexed journals. He completed his Ph.D. in 2024 with his dissertation titled “Modeling the Establishment Process of a Sustainable Industrial Symbiosis Network: An Application in an Industrial Park.”

Dr. Yazıcı, who began his academic career as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering at OSTİM Technical University, currently has nearly thirty publications and continues his academic research. His work focuses on mathematical modeling, optimization, fuzzy logic, multi-criteria decision making, scheduling, and industrial symbiosis within the field of industrial engineering. Dr. Yazıcı is married and has one child.
